2025-08-24 CCP Winter Series Race 04

Hi Members and Friends,
Great to see the sunshine!
Good paddling conditions, though the water was dirty, with not too much flow!
Aidan, from BWP, paid us a visit after six months. Still in good form! Malcolm didn’t waste a lenient handicap, for a good win in the short distance! Keeping him honest were Allan and John. David held out Russell for a second place in the longer distance. Alan and Kent settled in well, despite missing the last race. The almost “Professional” crew of Marg and Rob were back in the double, here, after about 22 months. Also back in their double, Marnie and Sue were within a couple of minutes of their PB. Trent, Ken, Ray and Andrew all performed well.
