What a brilliant morning on the water!
A big thank you to everyone who made the trip – whether you came from just down the road or further afield. Your support and presence made the day special.
Huge congratulations to Tor Manser (Avoca Kayak Club) who smashed the event record with an outstanding time of 2 hours 16 minutes. An incredible paddle, Tor – well done!
Special well wishes to our two young paddlers heading to Argentina in the coming weeks to represent Australia. We’re all so proud of you and will be cheering you on every stroke of the way. Go hard and enjoy every moment!
Thanks again to all the competitors, helpers and supporters who made the Van Stappen Trophy another great success. See you on the water soon!
