2026-07-05 CCP Winter Series Race 01

Hi Members and Friends,

A fine day, but with wind! So we opted for the short course for all.
Noel started early.
Andrew was pleased with his trial of a Nelo Ski – a bit quicker than the last time he did the short course. Ken stayed ahead of the fast finishing Cam, who had a quicker time than recent short distances. John was not too far off his normal time, but Allan was affected by the conditions. Noel was a little slower than usual – while trying to shake off a cold! Everyone was happy, and we had a good yarn afterwards – over a cuppa – thank you Margaret. Andrew and Noel won the Lucky Prizes.
