2025-11-30 CCP Winter Series Race 10

Hi Members and Friends,

No flow in the River, but some breeze at Tacoma.
A busy time for a few minutes. for the Timekeepers – thank you Ladies!
Welcome – Visitors, Meredith and Jenny.
“Unknown quantity” – Meredith, surprised her Captain, achieving nearly ten kph, in her first visit to Wyong! I expect we will see that combination again!
The other Visitor, Jenny, also went well in her first try of a K1.
Trent, Vernice and Paul,(the “A” Team!) achieved PBs – congratulations.
Ray, Cam, Noel, Marnie and Max improved on their last outing! Though Marnie “fessed up” to a bit of wash riding!
Mick and Meredith won the Lucky Prizes.
Some refreshments, then the AGM.
The Reports, then Kent was elected Returning Officer.
Ray did not stand for a third term as President, Andrew volunteered. Thank you for your Service, Ray – Congratulations Andrew.
Nick (Sec), Margaret (Treasurer), Cam, Diana, Ray and Trent, (welcome!) complete the new Committee. Mick and Allan continue as PNSW Delegates. Public Officer, and Publicity by the Secretary.
No business at the General Meeting, Kent thanked as Returning Officer.
The Race Fee was increased by a dollar to $5 for Members, $6 for Visitors, at the Committee Meeting, which closed at 12.06pm.
