Report From Winter Series Race 7, 22nd October 2017
Hi Members and Friends,
Another magic day on Wyong River!
Most improved was Darren and Heidi – just over five minutes quicker!
Great to see Aidan getting back near his best, with a 5 year PB!
And Ray just pipped his best ever 15.2km time!
Over the 7.5km, Jim and Anne scored a PB, as did David!
Two blokes still paddled, despite recent bouts of “Man Flu!” Did all right, too!
I would like to echo Steve’s appreciation of all our helpers’ work, which make our Race Days run smoothly.

We have decided to double the Points for the 7.5km Races, so I’ll make the changes as soon as time permits.
We wish all Paddlers in the Hawkesbury Classic a safe and “quick” trip to Brooklyn, next Saturday night. And safe traveling for them, and their Land Crews.
Next Club race is Sunday 5th November and if you’re looking for a mid week paddle, the start time for Wednesday Time Trials is 5pm.
