2022-10-23 CCP Winter Series Race 07 including 30km

Hi Members and Friends,

Unfortunately, minor flooding caused the postponement of last Sunday’s race 6 Club Races, including the 30km.
We will try again for Race 7 – 23rd October – although, we realise it is probably too close to the HCC, to be of benefit for preparation.

So race 7 has now been combined with the 2022 30km.

The same format as the “2021 30km,” 21st August 2022.
With Club Races over 7.64km 11.35km and 19km.
Start/Finish at Lions Park, Panonia Road, Wyong.
Extra parking beside Wyong Bowling Club (where meals and refreshments can be enjoyed!)

“Club Races” – normal $4 Fee for Members – $5 for Non-Members.
30km & 19km – $5 – Members. Visitors – $10. “Pay on day.”
Entries to centralcoastpaddlers@gmail.com for 30km & 19km by Friday 21.10.22.  For Club races – ideally by the same date.
Visitors to include the distance, estimated elapsed time, craft, craft color with Entry.
We intend to have two Lakes SLSC IRB Safety Craft in attendance.
“Morning Tea” supplied.

The Van Stappen Trophy, (since 1974), for the fastest Time, is open to all Competitors.
The Handicappers Trophy, (since 2014), is for the Fastest Time in a Single Craft for:
(1) Open Male
(2) Open Female
(3) CCP Male Member
(4) CCP Female Member
