2024-09-08 CCP Winter Series Race 05

Hi Members and Friends,

Fairly good conditions, but difficult for the Handicapper!

Kent was having his first race for ten and a half years, (with us,) and Cara having her first race, ever, I believe!

Kent was a “regular” with us, for some years, having been lured away to mountain biking.

Marni is getting back to form, with an eleven month PB – for her Birthday!

Congratulations, young Lady!

Malcolm also performed well – not far off his best!

Sue and Marnie reduced their best time by over a minute!

Most others returned average times, with a couple, including yours truly, a bit “off the pace!”

$20 Entry Fee “pay on the day.”

Normal Club distance races as usual.
