2021-06-06 CCP Summer Series Race 9

Hi Members and Friends,

Firstly, two of our Members, Nathan and Cameron, had to abandon their paddling plans, to each support a family member with a health issue.
Fortunately, Cameron’s Wife is back home and OK.
We anxiously await news of Nathan’s Father-in-law, (Jessica’s Father) and are hoping for the best.

Rob swapped craft with David, and held out the fast finishing Mick, who tied with Clive.
Warwick finished in third place.

David handled the SLR well, despite “no paddling” for three weeks!
I felt fortunate to finish level.
Max returned to our competition following injury rehabilitation – as good as ever!
Great to see you on the water, Max!

Mick and Warwick won the Lucky Prizes.
